Cookbook Review: More Make It Fast, Cook It Slow by Stephanie O'Dea

You may recall my review of crock pot maven Stephanie O'Dea's Make It Fast, Cook It Slow cookbook which I posted last spring.  I absolutely love her easy, gluten free, slow cooked creations!

Now, Stephanie O'Dea is back with a new cookbook entitled More Make It Fast, Cook It Slow.  In this cookbook you will find even more gluten free recipes for the crock pot, but these recipes focus on being budget-friendly (thank you Stephanie)!

To name just a few, the More Make It Fast, Cook It Slow recipe collection includes:

• Baked Herbed Feta
• Smoky Bean and Corn Soup
• Maple-Glazed Pork Chops
• Moroccan Chicken with Lentils
• Apple-Pecan Bread Pudding
• Orange and Honey Tilapia
• Chocolate Pot de Crème with Ganache

About the author...

Stephanie O’Dea is the founder of the hugely popular slow cooking website, crockpot365.blogspot.com, and author of Make it Fast, Cook It Slow. She lives with her family in the San Francisco Bay Area.

More Make It Fast, Cook It Slow is a great cookbook for simple to fix meals that respect the family budget!  I highly recommend it.
