Product Review: Way Better Snacks
My family loves snack foods but most are full of chemicals, fat and empty calories. I look for tasty snack options that are not only gluten free and dairy free but also healthy and delicious. Way Better Snacks not only meet, they exceed all of my snack food criteria. There are six varieties of Way Better Snacks to choose from and my family loved them all!
Check out a few of the many benefits these super-snacks have to offer due to the use of germinated-nutrient dense grains and seeds:
- Certified gluten free by the Gluten Free Certification Organization, and all are processed on machinery that that does not process any items with gluten. To learn more, visit www.gfco.org
- Increased Vitamins & Minerals
- Increased Digestibility
- Increased Nutrient Absorption
- Non-GMO ingredients
- Vegan

Review: Zenergy Powerballs
I recently sampled a sweet snack that is gluten free, vegan, and made from energy boosting superfoods called Zenergy Powerballs.
Zenergy Powerballs creator Peggy Sue Honeyman-Scott describes them as "Scrumptious orbs of goodness made from an exotic combination of raw, vegan and organic ingredients." I must agree, I find Zenergy Powerballs to be delicious, and I feel good about eating such a healthy snack!

Giveaway & Review: Mini Pops - Gluten Free/Corn Free Organic Air Popped Sorghum Snacks
If you are unable to eat popcorn due to corn allergies, Mini Pops are the answer! Mini Pops are gluten free, corn free, organic, air-popped sorghum snacks that come in (6) tempting flavors. An added bonus is that popped sorghum has a higher nutritional value than popped corn and has no hulls, for more enjoyable snacking. Popped sorghum grains look and taste like popcorn, only the the sorghum grain is tiny after being popped, giving it the appearance of miniature popped corn (thus the name "Mini Pops").
My family sampled all (6) flavors of Mini Pops flavors, and these tiny popped treats were a BIG hit! My daughters took them to school, and all of their friends wanted to know where they got the "cute, tiny popcorn"... needless to say, we are now Mini Pops fans!
