I have sampled all six Sunshine Burger flavors, and I am so impressed with the texture, flavor, and wholesome ingredients in all of them. Yesterday I had one of the Breakfast patties on my favorite toasted gluten free english muffins from The Celiac Maniac, it was so satisfying and tasty! Tonight I am planning on using the Southwest patties cut up inside of warmed brown rice tortillas with lettuce, avocado and Pico De Gallo. to make burritos. Of course they are also fabulous served on gluten free buns with all of the classic burger fixings.
I love that Sunshine burgers are quick to prepare, yet also healthy. I especially love that they fit perfectly with my families special dietary needs.
