These Bertille gluten free hamburger and slider buns, are hands-down THE BEST GF buns available! I purchased the buns from Savory Moment in redmond Washington a few days ago, and I am blown away with how soft and fabulous they are! I can't WAIT to serve them at my fourth of July BBQ on the beach!

Starting July 1st, Savory Moment will begin selling hamburger and slider buns from Bertille Baking Company. Savory Moment founder, Kay Conley, discovered this product line at the National Restaurant Association (NRA) show in Chicago last month. Michigan based Bertille Baking Company has created a product so revolutionary to the gluten free market they are filing a patent on their process.

Until now, even the best gluten free buns were heavy with a tendency to crumble (unlike the soft wheat buns most consumers can enjoy). Conley was so impressed with these buns, she ordered a pallet to arrive before the 4th of July so gluten free kids (and adults) can enjoy the pleasure of a great hamburger.
