To answer your question: For people with peanut allergies I would dip the rolls in bottled sweet chili sauce (Thai Kitchen brand is gluten free) and skip making a from scratch sauce all together.Cindehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06998794867600675388noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6244700735076386679.post-48049943589526637642012-07-14T14:33:20.294-07:002012-07-14T14:33:20.294-07:00I've made this recipe twice now and love that ...I've made this recipe twice now and love that I can cook something super yummy and still gluten free for my family members (mom and sister) that were diagnosed with celiac's disease earlier this year! It's been hard entertaining them-finding fun and yummy things that they can eat...and not feel like I'm somehow missing out, but this recipe is a slam dunk! Thanks :)emosbackhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16940050537391532675noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6244700735076386679.post-7216229184751492322010-03-19T05:47:13.960-07:002010-03-19T05:47:13.960-07:00Cindi- Have you come across any other good dippin...Cindi- Have you come across any other good dipping sauces? I am cooking for someone who is gluten free and allergic to peanuts. Do you think tahini would sub well for peanut butter?Tarahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08412862237220785675noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6244700735076386679.post-70574446524189748392009-09-11T19:23:57.688-07:002009-09-11T19:23:57.688-07:00Thank you so much Brian. :)

I'm Sorry if it sounded like they were meant to be left whole. I have amended the recipe and have used the word "chopped" insted of "sliced very thin". Hopefully this will clarify it for others as well. I also greatly enjoy seeing all the different dipping sauces people come up with. I haven't tried a peanut sauce yet, I just might have to. I'll have to try slicing/mincing up the mint and basil, may make it more palatable for the hubby than full leaves.Babyfrohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02412763542141765834noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6244700735076386679.post-62168437980595881802009-09-09T16:26:42.972-07:002009-09-09T16:26:42.972-07:00Those look terrific!
