I never measure it and change this and that now, but it's still basically hers. I've made it many times and I've never found anyone who doesn't love it. So I'll try these cookies for sure!!1artsychickhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06285086101572356067noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6244700735076386679.post-41705995545273481592009-11-25T08:22:39.354-08:002009-11-25T08:22:39.354-08:00Hi Kathryn,

I live in a high moisture climate, and these cookies were perfectly moist!

Cheers!
CindeCindehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06998794867600675388noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6244700735076386679.post-63287421609841646882009-11-25T07:59:16.904-08:002009-11-25T07:59:16.904-08:00My sis taught me this recipe last year. But . . ....My sis taught me this recipe last year. But . . . i can never leave a recipe alone. It is very dry where we live (high desert) & these cookies got very hard with this recipe. I found that just a little less sugar & a tablespoon (or a little more) or applesauce gave these a pleasant texture. Too much applesauce & they're too soft for PB cookies. :)Kathrynhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03272307621143522274noreply@blogger.com
